The first “Sport Senza Frontiere” funds collection event was held in Rome on December 13th 2009.
The event was organised by SSD Athlion Roma Pentathlon Moderno and was promoted by “Comune di Roma Politiche dello Sport e dalla Regione Lazio”, under the patronage of "Provincia di Roma"
More than 100 pictures of "Un Mondo di Sport" have been auctioned in the stunning location of "Officine Farneto". The pictures had been exposed the previuos year at "Museo di Roma" in Trastevere and "Contrasto" and Reuters have massivily supported the “Sport Senza Frontiere” project.
Lots of sport activities took place during the event and many sport champions came along.
